The Two Need Internet Modem that is very Hard to Unlock Are:-
1. Zte MF101 e.g Glo NetPro Internet Modem

2. Huawei E367 e.g The New Etisalat Modem.

HOW TO UNLOCK THIS NEW MODEM & OTHER STUBBORN 

MODEM WITH DC  UNLOCKER 

1. First of all Download Dccrap Modem Unlocker Here,
Then Unzip the Files to your PC Desktop.
2. Insert another SIM different from the Default Modem Sim into the Modem and Plug to your PC.
3. Run the Dccrap Icon you Unzip to the Desktop.

4. Once the Dccrap Application is Opened, Make sure your Modem is Plugged to your PC with another Sim Card Inserted..
5. Click on the Microscope Icon to Automatically Detected your Modem.

 6. After Successful Detection of your Modem, You should See a Result like this Below:-

7. Now click on the Unlocking Option from the List of other Options on the Top Right Hand Side of the Application Window.
 
Then a Drop-down will Show Up, Just Click on the Unlock and your Modem will be Unlocked Instantly!

Thats All… No Need for Generating any Unlocking Code! Dccrap will get your Unlocking done for you.

Instructions:

* Extract the content of the .zip file
* Once you extracted all the required files, run "dccrap.exe"
* Disconnect to the internet and plug your USB Modem with a different
provider SIM. (for Huawei users, you dont need to swap any SIM). And
insert your modem to the USB port.
* Choose what "manufacturer" that your modem is. (Huawei Datacards or ZTE Datacards... choose that matches on your Modem.)
* Click the magnifying glass, and it will search for plugged USB modems.
* Once the modem is detected, go to login page, type whatever you want. It's just a lame login system.
* Click Unlocking menu, then choose "unlock".
* Wait till the unlocker program says that, unlock is successfully done.
* Voila, enjoy your unlocked Modem.
