How to Install Amazon Appstore on Android?

On any Android device, there’s a setting that doesn’t allow you to install apps from unknown sources. These unknown sources refer to everything except, of course, Google Play Store. So if you download the APK file from some other source, you won’t be able to install it unless you turn off the setting. So you need to allow your device to install apps from unknown sources as well.

Step 1: Go to Settings >> Security on your Android phone or tablet and scroll down to “Unknown Sources” and tick the check box to enable this feature. This will allow you to install any APK file and any apps that you download from sources other than Play Store. Step 2: Now you have to download Amazon Appstore APK file on your Android device. So open the browser app on your device and go to http://www.amazon.com/getappstore and then tap on the download button there to download the APK file of Amazon Appstore. Step 3: Once the download process is complete, you will see a notification in your system tray. So swipe down from the top of your smartphone screen to see the notification and then tap on the Amazon Appstore notification. This will take you to the installation page and then click Next and the click Install to start the installation process of the application. (Alternatively, you can go to your file manager app and install the APK file from the Downloads folder)
