How To Subscribe to Airtel Android Plans

Finally, Airtel Nigeria is at the forefront again, with a subscription for Android plans for Android users. Airtel announced these new data plan for Android devices via their twitter page this morning, saying that "we asked for it, and now we are getting it".

I believe with this, there will be a turn around for non blackberry users. For over some years now, many Nigerians have been pleading with telecommunication companies in Nigeria to design plans for Android device. Android devices is known to consume a lot of data unlike Blackberry devices.
These data plans are special designed for Android users. If you are using non android devices, this is not for you. You may as well tried other Airtel plans.

As of today, there are 2 different data plans for Android users to subscribe. You can choose from any of the these data packages that suits your need.

Airtel has 2GB Android plan and  4.5GB Android plans too.

a)   To subscribe to Airtel 2GB Android Plan

Simply load at least N2000 on your Sim

Dial *437# for activation 


b)   To subscribe to Airtel 4.5GB Android Plan

Simply load at least N3,500 on your Sim

Dial *438#  to activate.


Note: You can check your Android data balance by dialing *223#. These Android data plans are valid for 30 days each and can be rolled over or accumulated.
